Of course, it can happen that you are not at home when your goods arrive. In such a case, you have various options.
If your shipment is in delivery and you are not at home, you have the following options:
- Drop-off permission: Send us a drop-off permission via live chat or put a note on your front door with your signature and the drop-off location.
- Delivery to a neighbour: Contact us and give us the address and name of your neighbour so that we can drop off the shipment there.
If none of these options are suitable, please contact us via our live chat and we will try our best to find a solution.
Please note that due to the short notice, we cannot implement all requests on the day of delivery.
