If you submitted a claim through our Solution Center, you will automatically receive an email from us with all the important information about your claim.
The subject line of the email is:
"We need your assistance - Damage Claim - S-Reference Number"
Alternatively, you might find the information in an email with the subject line:
"Missing Documents - Damage Claim - S-Reference Number"

Within the email, you will find buttons that direct you to document upload and claim tracking.
