You can look up the status regarding claims processing at any time in the e-mail that we’ve sent you when you made your freight claim.
If you have sent a freight claim via our Solution Center, you will automatically receive an e-mail from us in which you can see all the important information about your freight claim.
The subject of the mail is "Claim created - Please send us further documents" paired with your claim number.
Where can I find the status of my claim?
In the middle of the mail you will find, among other things, a link called "View processing status". With one click you will be forwarded to your claim.
On this page you will find the current status and history of the processing of your claim so far.
