By default, the truck drivers do not call before collection.
We generally assume that most companies are available on business days between 9 am – 5 pm.
If you are not on site at all times, please contact us at least 1 day before collection so that we can provide the truck drivers with additional information. Alternatively, you can enter any break times and absences in the booking process. If you would like to get a call prior to the collection, you can select an appointment in the booking process.
Please note that a wasted journey will be charged if the shippers are not on site and no appointment has been made.
