Address changes can be made by the transport order initiator in our Solution Center.
If you would like to adjust the shipper’s or consignee’s address, you can do this directly in the Solution Center via the corresponding input form. After an address change, a new shipping label with the corrected data will automatically be made available in your customer account and sent to you by email.
Note: Address changes can only be made by the person who placed the transport order. If you are the consignee and wish to make changes, please contact the order initiator directly (usually the shipper).
The following rules apply to groupage shipments. For part and full loads, please refer to the separate notes further below.
Changing the Pickup Address (Shipper)

Changes are possible without any issues until 3:00 p.m. on the day before pickup.

Later changes will be implemented if possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Important: The new address must not deviate too far from the original one.

If the new pickup address is located in a completely different area, the order must be canceled and rebooked.

Changing the Delivery Address (Consignee)

Changes are possible until the shipment has been picked up.

Later changes will be attempted if possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Again, the new address must not deviate too far from the original one.

If delivery to a completely different address is required, cancellation and rebooking will be necessary.

Shipping Label & System Update
As soon as an address change is made, we automatically update the data in our system. The new shipping label will then be available in your customer account.
Special Rules for Less Than Truckload (LTL) and Full Truckoad (FTL)
Address changes are generally always possible, provided they do not involve major modifications (e.g., only adjustments to street name or contact name).

- Until 12:00 noon on the day before pickup, address changes can be made free of charge, as we can adjust route planning accordingly.

After 12:00 noon on the day before pickup, changes are still possible, but may incur additional costs.
