Order changes and cancellations in groupage freight

Changes and cancellations in groupage freight can be necessary when your shipping needs change unexpectedly. This guide outlines what you need to know if you need to modify or cancel your groupage transport (for up to 6 Euro pallets) on short notice.

Can I reschedule my pickup?

Yes, you can reschedule your pickup at no extra cost until 8 a.m. on the scheduled collection day. Simply update the new pickup date in the designated field.

You can still modify your appointment up until 8 a.m. on the scheduled day, even if you've initially set it up over the phone.

All changes to your order can be made in our Solution-Center.

Is it possible to cancel my shipment?

You can cancel your groupage shipment with no penalty up until 8 a.m. on the collection day. Simply navigate to the "Cancellation" section, complete the form, and click "Send".

Keep in mind: If your shipment is being transported as a part-load, full-load, or direct shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

What happens if I cancel after 8 a.m.?

If you cancel after 8 a.m. on the pickup day, we may charge a cancellation fee of 33% of the shipping cost. The fee depends on whether we've already completed the route planning for your shipment.
