Need to adjust your transport order, cancel it, or report damage? Then the Solution Center is exactly where you need to be! You can make many changes yourself – quickly, easily, and around the clock.

🔄 General Inquiries

Get in touch with our support team if you have any questions, want to file a complaint, or need to update your customer account.

Common topics include:

  • Questions about an active or completed shipment

  • Filing a complaint if – in rare cases – something didn’t go as planned

  • Updating your company account (e.g. company name has changed)

📝 Order Modifications

You can modify your existing order – as long as it hasn’t been picked up yet.

📍 Change of Address

Pickup or delivery address incorrect or changed last minute? No worries – you can enter the new address here.
Important: Make changes as early as possible to ensure a smooth transport.

📆 Adjust Pickup Date

The originally scheduled pickup date no longer works? Simply choose a new one here.
Perfect if, for example, your goods aren’t ready yet or there’s been a delay.

📦 Shipment Details

Entered the wrong dimensions or ended up with more packages than expected?
You can update the following:

  • Dimensions (length, width, height)

  • Weight

  • Number of packages
    Note: Changes may affect the price.

Add Extra Services

Need to book an additional service like a delivery appointment or transport insurance? No problem – you can add these services here.

✏️ Other Changes

Your request doesn’t fit into one of the categories above? No problem – just describe it under “Other” and our team will take care of it.

Cancellation

Need to cancel your order? It’s quick and easy in the Solution Center.
Here’s what you’ll need:

  • The email address of the original sender

  • The shipment number

  • A short reason for the cancellation

Deadlines:

  • Groupage freight: Until 8:00 a.m. on the day of pickup

  • Partial/full loads or direct transports: By 12:00 p.m. the day before pickup

📦 Damage Claim

Something went wrong? Report the damage or loss directly via the Solution Center.

We’ll need the following:

  • Your email address

  • Shipment number

  • Estimated damage amount (in euros)

  • Estimated damaged weight

  • Description of the damage
    Also, indicate whether it’s a damage or a loss.

After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email, including a link to upload supporting documents (e.g. photos, commercial invoice, damage invoice). Everything stays clear and organized – and your case will be processed promptly.
