Need to cancel your order? It’s quick and easy in the Solution Center.
Here’s what you’ll need:

A short reason for the cancellation
Deadlines:

Groupage freight: Until 8:00 a.m. on the day of pickup

Partial/full loads or direct transports: By 12:00 p.m. the day before pickup
📦 Damage Claim
Something went wrong? Report the damage or loss directly via the Solution Center.
We’ll need the following:

Estimated damage amount (in euros)

Estimated damaged weight

Description of the damage
Also, indicate whether it’s a damage or a loss.
After submission, you’ll receive a confirmation email, including a link to upload supporting documents (e.g. photos, commercial invoice, damage invoice). Everything stays clear and organized – and your case will be processed promptly.
