With the linked accounts feature, you can easily invite colleagues or employees to join your Cargoboard account. This makes collaboration more efficient, as all linked users have access to the same shipments.
Invite colleagues
Go to Colleagues & linked accounts in your user account.

Click Invite employee.

Enter your colleague’s name and email address.
Important:

Invited colleagues only need to register with their email address and a password.

Master data (e.g. company name, address) is automatically taken over from your account.

Only contacts whose email address is not yet registered with Cargoboard can be invited.
Rights & visibility

Linked accounts have full visibility into all shipments.

This ensures everyone can access and work with the same information.
Sharing content with linked accounts
Once colleagues are linked to your account, additional sharing features become available:
Share product templates

You can share your product templates with linked accounts.

Requirement: At least one linked account must already be set up in your profile.
Share addresses

You can also share addresses from your address book with linked accounts.
