Can I set up a Business-to-Business Direct Debit Mandate?

We are pleased to offer you the option of making payments through a SEPA-Business mandate. This method is straightforward and efficient, allowing direct debit transactions from your company account.

Steps to set up the direct debit payments:

  1. Download and fill out the direct debit mandate: Begin by downloading and filling out the mandate. You can access the forms here:

  2. Bank confirmation: After completing the mandate, forward it to your bank for approval. This step is crucial to authorize your account for direct debit transactions.

  3. Submit the approved mandate: Once your bank approves the mandate, please send the signed form to accounting@cargoboard.com. Ensure all necessary details are clear and readable.

  4. Activate payment method: Upon receipt and verification of your direct debit mandate, we will activate this payment method for your account. This process might take a few days. We will notify you via email once the payment method is operational.

Please note that direct debits are processed bi-monthly.
