Save and Book Quotes

With our platform, you can save quotes flexibly and book them at a later time.

Save a Quote

There are two ways to save a quote during the booking process:

In Step 2 of the booking process (before selecting a product):

Click “Save quote” below the listed products.

A pop-up will open where you can choose which transport product should be included in the quote.

In Step 3 of the booking process (after selecting a product):

Click “Save quote” above the price summary of your selected products and additional options.
All of your chosen settings and add-ons will automatically be included in the saved quote.

Tip: If you already selected an address from your address book in Step 1, you can skip re-entering it and proceed directly to checkout.

Book a Saved Quote

Go to “Quotes” in the left-hand menu.

There you will find an overview of all saved quotes, which you can book directly.

Quotes are generally valid for about one month.

You can recognize expired quotes by the disabled “Book” button.

Why quotes are only valid for one month:

Price changes (e.g., due to the diesel floater) cannot be guaranteed for longer periods.

Continuing in the Booking Process

Depending on the details you already provided when saving the quote, the system will automatically take you to the appropriate next step when booking.
