Do the truck drivers call before delivery?

If you would like a call, you can book an appointment for the delivery and/or a delivery notification in the booking process.

Please note that a wasted journey will be charged if the consignee is not on site and no appointment has been made. For shipments to private customers, selecting an appointment is mandatory.
