Can I set up a company SEPA direct debit mandate?
As an additional service, we offer you the option to pay via company direct debit . This method is simple and convenient and allows payments to be debited directly from your business bank account.
How to set up payment via company direct debit:
- Download and complete the direct debit mandate:

For customers in Austria:

After completing the mandate, please send it to your bank for confirmation. This is an important step to ensure your account is authorised for direct debit payments. - Send the certified version back to us:
Once your bank has confirmed the mandate, please email the bank-signed version to accounting@cargoboard.com. Please make sure all required information is clear and legible. - Activation of the payment method:
After we receive your confirmed mandate, we will activate this payment method for your account. This may take a few days. You will be notified by email as soon as it is active.
Direct debit is collected twice per month.
