Can I set up a company SEPA direct debit mandate?

As an additional service, we offer you the option to pay via company direct debit . This method is simple and convenient and allows payments to be debited directly from your business bank account.

How to set up payment via company direct debit:

  1. Download and complete the direct debit mandate:
    First, download and fill in the company direct debit mandate. You can find it here:

    For customers in Austria:

  2. Have your bank confirm the mandate:
    After completing the mandate, please send it to your bank for confirmation. This is an important step to ensure your account is authorised for direct debit payments.
  3. Send the certified version back to us:
    Once your bank has confirmed the mandate, please email the bank-signed version to accounting@cargoboard.com. Please make sure all required information is clear and legible.
  4. Activation of the payment method:
    After we receive your confirmed mandate, we will activate this payment method for your account. This may take a few days. You will be notified by email as soon as it is active.

Direct debit is collected twice per month.
