What payment methods do we offer?

At Cargoboard you can pay with all common payment methods.

We offer the following payment methods:

Credit Card (Visa und Mastercard)		Credit card information can be saved in your user account for future transports.
Giropay		Only for our German customers
Sofortüberweisung		Only for customers from DE, AT, CH, NL, PL, BE
Invoice		Information on payment by invoice can be found here.
PayPal
Prepayment		Booking is completed with prepayment. Shipment is noted in the system but not yet scheduled You pay and the payment is allocated within 1-2 days You choose a suitable collection date

Regardless of the payment method you choose, you will always receive an official invoice by e-mail. You
also have the option to activate collective invoices in your user account.

Note: Invoice payment is reserved for registered customers with a positive credit rating. Further information on payments by invoice can be found here.

We can offer customers with a larger volume of shipments a SEPA- Corporate Direct Debit Mandate in combination with collective invoices. After a check, we will send you the required documents, which are filled out and signed and then deposited at your bank. Our outstanding debts will then be collected automatically by us after the due date. You can find more information about this and how to apply for it here.
