How does track and trace work?

You can easily track your shipments via Cargoboards track and trace.

Using the order number and the consignee's postcode, you can easily view all information about your shipments. Cargoboard gives you various options to access your shipments.

  • In our order confirmation email, there is a track and trace link that allows you to check the status directly.
  • You can also access tracking via the customer portal.
  • If you have specific questions about track and trace - for example, if the status of your shipment has not changed in a long time - you can contact us by phone or e-mail.

You and the consignee(s) can easily track the shipment via the website https://my.cargoboard.com/tracking. All you need is the order number and the postcode of the place of delivery.

As consignee

If you are expecting a shipment from Cargoboard and would like to track it, please contact the seller of your order. They can forward the order number to you.

As shipper

When you ship with Cargoboard, you have the option of selecting whether the consignee should be updated on the shipping progress. You can select this setting in your account, and it will be automatically applied to all future shipments. Simply go to your user account by clicking on "account" in the menu bar and then go to "notifications". Here you will find the option " customer notifications".
